Account and connection data
We store your Google account identifier and verified email to identify your Agentic Glue account. We do not store your Google access or refresh tokens.
If you choose to connect Splitwise, we store its user identifier, name, email, and an encrypted access token to provide your requested connection. The current feature reads your profile to identify and check the connection. It does not create or change expenses.
Storage and sharing
Account and connection records are stored in Google Cloud SQL in us-east1. Application credentials and the token encryption key are held in Google Secret Manager. Google Cloud processes this data to host the service. Credentials are not shared with other users or exposed to the browser.
Google and Splitwise receive the requests needed for their sign-in and authorization services. Splitwise may collect API usage data and use it for its own business purposes, including service improvements, user support, and performance analysis. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.
Cookies and retention
We use essential cookies for your session and to protect authorization flows. Sessions expire after seven days and authorization attempts after ten minutes. Expired records are removed periodically or during subsequent authorization requests. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Account records remain while your account exists. Disconnect Splitwise from your account page to delete its stored connection credentials and profile details and cancel pending authorization. Database backups can retain deleted records for up to seven days; point-in-time recovery retains transaction history for seven days. Infrastructure request logs may contain IP addresses and request metadata; OAuth callback request URLs are excluded from the default log sink.
Your choices
Connecting Splitwise is optional. You may disconnect it at any time and revoke the application’s access through Splitwise. Signing out invalidates your current Agentic Glue session. Account deletion is not yet available as a self-service feature.
